Description
PADF is hiring a Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Specialist to lead technical oversight of WASH and school infrastructure interventions in Panama. The role supervises field coordinators, contractors, and providers; validates designs, specifications, procurement deliverables, testing, and acceptance; coordinates with local authorities and stakeholders; prepares technical documentation; and supports monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities. The position is based in Panama City with frequent travel to intervention provinces and requires a relevant engineering or related degree, at least six years of professional experience, a Panamanian engineering license, and fluency in Spanish and English.
