Spiniello is hiring a senior construction executive to lead its Washington DC Business Unit, reporting to executive leadership and owning operations, business development, client engagement, talent development, financial performance, and strategic growth. The role manages large infrastructure and utility construction programs, oversees project delivery and operational teams, expands alternative delivery models, and develops market relationships. It requires 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, P&L and business development expertise, and offers a base salary of $250,000–$300,000 plus performance incentives and executive benefits.
