Description
The Waste Inspector works outdoors in Tilburg’s neighborhoods, checking whether waste in duo containers is properly separated, issuing yellow, orange, or red cards when necessary, advising residents, recording violations, and coordinating with colleagues and municipal enforcement. The role requires physical fitness, outdoor availability, a category B driver’s license, communication skills, and flexibility to work as a waste loader when needed. It is a full-time 36-hour-per-week temporary contract with the Municipality of Tilburg, with a monthly salary of €2,542 to €2,687, a flexible benefits budget accrual, pension accrual from the first working day, and a €0.93 per hour allowance for waste work.
