Description
The Operator role involves carrying out work according to procedures, resolving blockages and mechanical defects, monitoring and adjusting quality, assisting with repairs and replacements, and communicating with team members. The position pays a gross wage of €17 per hour, includes shift and night premiums, and provides €8 meal vouchers. Candidates must be motivated and flexible, willing to work three shifts, comfortable with outdoor and manual work, able to follow instructions and work independently or in a small team, and proficient in Dutch; mechanics and electricity knowledge and relevant certificates are advantageous but not required.
