Description
GFL is hiring an entry-level Waste Processing Technician to safely receive, inspect, consolidate, document, and process hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials in a warehouse facility. The role involves operating processing equipment, assisting with truck and container loading, completing safety and discrepancy procedures, maintaining housekeeping, and providing customer service. It requires a valid Class 5 driver’s license, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to learn front-end wheel loader operation. The standard schedule is an 8-hour shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
