Reconomy Connect is hiring a Waste Supervisor to lead on-site recycling and waste management operations at the University of Hertfordshire. Working 32.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, the role manages a dedicated team, oversees waste and recycling services, builds stakeholder relationships, improves recycling rates and operational efficiency, and supports health, safety, and compliance. The position requires a full UK driving licence, commutable onsite access to AL10 9AB, and experience in waste management, recycling, environmental services, team leadership, and large-scale operational or site-based environments.
