Ally Waste is hiring a full-time Waste Tech to provide daily trash and recycling services for apartment communities. The role involves driving a company truck and trailer along an assigned route, moving and sorting bins, compacting materials, maintaining waste areas, removing bulky items, handling hazardous materials, documenting work through a mobile app, and communicating service issues. The position is Monday through Friday starting at 04:00 AM, may require overtime, and pays $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Applicants need a valid non-CDL driver's license with at least two consecutive years of licensed driving, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50–80 pounds and maneuver equipment over 500 pounds.
