Ally Waste is hiring a full-time Waste Tech to support apartment communities through daily trash and recycling services. The role involves driving a company truck and trailer along an assigned route, moving and sorting bins, compacting materials, maintaining waste areas, removing bulky items, handling hazardous materials, documenting service through a mobile app, and communicating issues to management. The position is Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 a.m., may require overtime, and pays $21.50-$24.50 per hour depending on experience. Applicants need a valid non-CDL driver's license with at least two consecutive years of licensed driving, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50–80 pounds and maneuver equipment over 500 pounds.
