HDR is hiring a Wastewater Engineer/Manager, also described as a Wastewater Project Engineer or Wastewater Process Engineer/Manager, for its Water Business Group in Colorado. The role supports wastewater treatment, collection, distribution, pipeline, pump station, solids treatment, and master planning projects for public-sector clients. Responsibilities include wastewater process and infrastructure design, calculations, reports, specifications, construction documents, technology evaluation and piloting, project coordination and management, client engagement and business development, owner representation during construction, commissioning, staff coordination and mentoring, and conference presentations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least seven years of related experience including two years of project management, and a Professional Engineer license.
