Description
The Wastewater Level C Operator operates a water and wastewater treatment system primarily under supervision. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of acceptable operating experience, and an active or pending Level I wastewater operator license, with employment conditional on passing certification if applicable. Duties include supervised treatment-system operation, safety and PPE compliance, lockout/tagout and process safety management, compliance recordkeeping, process-control laboratory work, and wastewater equipment maintenance. A valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record are also required.
