Pilgrim’s is hiring a full-time Wastewater Operator in Mount Pleasant, Texas, to operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems. The role includes routine inspections, sample collection and analysis, chemical and process adjustments, documentation, troubleshooting, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and emergency response. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, physical ability, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn wastewater processes are required; a wastewater operator license and related experience are preferred. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $33.25 per hour based on license and experience, with medical, vision, and dental coverage beginning after 60 days.
