Description
The Wastewater Supervisor oversees water, wastewater treatment, bi-product shipment, storm water prevention, and research and development of cost-efficient departmental standards. The role supervises operators, manages regulatory sampling and reporting, coordinates with city and utility agencies, maintains equipment and preventive maintenance programs, oversees bi-product trailer operations, and supports continuous improvement and environmental audits. Candidates need post-secondary education in a relevant field or more than three years of experience, a wastewater operator’s license, forklift trainer certification, and strong communication, organizational, computer, and people-development skills. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k), and a base salary of $58,015 to $70,488.
