Description
The HVAC Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains gas, electric, steam, HVAC, air-quality-control, refrigeration, boiler, electrical, and cooling-tower systems; tests and treats closed-loop systems; diagnoses electrical malfunctions; and maintains the physical plant. The role requires HVAC certification, Universal CFC certification, and a Stationary Engineer license where applicable, and involves physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
