Description
The Watch Engineer inspects, repairs, and maintains HVAC, air quality control, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, boiler, generator, and other mechanical systems at a hotel property. The role includes daily mechanical-plant inspections, temperature and energy monitoring, preventive maintenance, safety testing, vendor coordination, maintenance documentation, and guest-service support. Required qualifications include EPA Universal Certification and FDNY Refrigeration Engineer Q01 qualification, along with physical ability to work in confined, elevated, and uneven spaces and availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
