The role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, and repairing luxury mechanical and quartz timepieces, including complete services, dial and hand fittings, partial repairs, quality inspections, and parts allocation, while meeting productivity and quality standards. The position requires prior bench experience with luxury watches, strong technical precision, and luxury customer service orientation; Rolex Level 30 accreditation is strongly preferred.
