The Watchmaker Masterclass is a workshop-instructor role at AP Lab Tokyo, where the employee plans and delivers mechanical-watch workshops, explains watch structures and mechanisms, guides hands-on movement assembly and disassembly, presents the brand story, supports guests and VIP events, and coordinates with boutique, customer service, and marketing teams. The role requires specialized watchmaking education, at least three years of watch-repair or related experience, basic PC and English skills, and a shift-based schedule from 10:30 to 19:15 with Tuesdays closed.
