Project Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Water and Wastewater Treatment Operators / Field Technicians role for Region 5 - Missouri Basin to provide nationwide water and wastewater utility operations, maintenance, repair, compliance, sampling, inspections, and emergency repair support at NPS-managed facilities. The position is full time and contingent on project award, with responsibilities centered on operating potable water and wastewater systems, maintaining treatment and distribution infrastructure, using SCADA and monitoring systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, SDWA, NPDES, and related regulations.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Valid state-issued Water Treatment, Distribution, or Wastewater Operator License (Class I or higher)
Required Previous Experiences: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in water or wastewater system operations
Minimum 3 years of field experience in potable water systems and minimum 3 years in wastewater treatment or disposal systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chlorination, filtration, distribution, and related water treatment infrastructure
Experience with lift stations, septic systems, lagoon systems, and wastewater treatment processes
Ability to read schematics, piping diagrams, logs, manuals, and technical documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in remote field locations
