The role focuses on operating and maintaining potable water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting regulatory sampling and compliance reporting, troubleshooting equipment and SCADA/control systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, SDWA, and NPDES requirements. Candidates need a valid state water/wastewater operator license and several years of hands-on field experience in water and wastewater operations.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Valid state-issued Water Treatment, Distribution, or Wastewater Operator License (Class I or higher)

Minimum 3 years of field experience operating and maintaining potable water systems
Minimum 3 years of field experience operating and maintaining wastewater treatment or disposal systems
