Arcadis is hiring a Water Optimization Project Lead to develop feasible designs and contracts for water-related projects, coordinate design and conditioning, prepare design memoranda, ensure deliverable quality, and guide specialists. The role is based in the western Netherlands, primarily Amsterdam or Rotterdam, and offers hybrid working. Candidates need C1 Dutch proficiency, a completed technical HBO degree, and at least three years of experience progressing into a design lead or technical manager role.
