Description
Amazi Water is hiring a Water Quality Lead to lead water quality management, laboratory operations, water safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across its water systems in Burundi. Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the role supervises Water Quality Technicians and Water System Monitors, manages laboratory procedures and quality assurance, develops monitoring and treatment programs, prepares technical reports and budgets, and coordinates with government agencies, NGOs, universities, and other water organizations. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least six years of progressive experience in water quality, laboratory, treatment, or environmental health, and fluency in English, French, and Kirundi.
