Montgomery County Environmental Services is hiring Water Reclamation Plant Operators or Operators in Training for its Western Plant in West Carrollton, Ohio. The third-shift role operates and monitors wastewater treatment processes and equipment, adjusts chemical feeds, uses SCADA and other computer systems, performs sampling and laboratory analyses, conducts preventative maintenance, and performs general custodial and vehicle operations. Applicants need a high school diploma equivalent, relevant education or experience, a valid driver’s license, and Class I operator certification; Operators in Training must obtain Ohio EPA Class I certification within three years of hire.
