Description
The Erftverband is hiring a Water Resources Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Environmental Engineer focused on structural water engineering and waterway planning. The role covers project management and object planning for flood protection, nature-based water engineering, and waterway renaturalization; preparation of planning approval and permit documents; participation in procurement, project steering, financial planning, and stakeholder coordination; and development of flood protection concepts. The position is available full-time or near-full-time part-time, with assignments in Bergheim and throughout the association area. Applicants need a civil or environmental engineering degree, relevant planning experience, knowledge of public procurement and HOAI, and experience with hydraulic 1D/2D models.
