Description
Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a Junior Water Resources Engineer for its Seattle office. The role supports surface water and coastal hydraulic, hydrologic, and hydrodynamic modeling; stormwater and drainage improvements; civil design calculations; plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and presentations; and coordination with government agencies, local authorities, contractors, and project teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, 2–6+ years of experience, FE or EIT certification, and knowledge of HEC-RAS, ESRI GIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. A master’s degree and professional engineer license are preferred. The base salary is $85,000 to $115,000 annually for Washington-market hires, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
