Lochmueller Group is hiring a Water Resources Project Manager to lead the planning, design, analysis, permitting, and delivery of stormwater, wastewater, drinking water, and other municipal infrastructure projects. The role coordinates clients and stakeholders, manages project scope and budgets, leads multidisciplinary teams, reviews engineering deliverables, mentors junior engineers, and supports business development and practice growth. The position can be based in St. Louis, Missouri; St. Charles, Missouri; or Edwardsville, Illinois, and requires a PE license and typically 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
