Description

BMS Ltd is hiring an experienced Water Systems Consultant to perform hands-on water monitoring, Legionella risk assessments, site surveys, inspections, remedial-works verification, and water-system reporting across client properties. The role is field-based, requires independent workload management and regular travel, and includes occasional ventilation surveys and indoor air quality monitoring after training. Candidates need strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274, water-system experience, technical report-writing and communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, and a full UK driving licence.
