RVE, an Ardurra company, is hiring a Water/Wastewater Construction Observer to support resident engineering and construction inspection teams on municipal, county, state, federal, and transportation projects. The role observes construction progress, serves as the engineer’s liaison with contractors, maintains project records and daily reports, reviews payment applications, and prepares punch lists and closeout reviews. The position is based in Cherry Hill, Morganville, and/or Secaucus, New Jersey, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and approximately 5 to 15 years of municipal construction experience, and offers an annual salary of $55,000 to $85,500 plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.
