Description
HDR is hiring a Water/Wastewater Coordinator/EIT to support the design of water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems in Honolulu or Maui, Hawaii. The role includes preparing plans, specifications, analyses, and reports; selecting equipment and sizing systems; working with owners; and performing quality-control reviews. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent field, interest or experience in water/wastewater treatment facility design, AutoCAD or MicroStation, Microsoft Office, and teamwork skills. An EIT certificate and master's degree are preferred, and candidates without an EIT may be placed in a Design Coordinator code with an expectation to obtain the certificate.
