MANTECH is hiring a full-time Waterfront Engineer for an onsite position in San Diego, California. The role supports the Surface Maintenance Engineering, Planning, Program by maintaining and refining surface-ship maintenance plans, managing baseline availability work packages, tracking maintenance actions and technical requirements, conducting ship visits, and coordinating maintenance planning and stakeholder meetings. Candidates need at least seven years of U.S. Navy surface-ship operations or maintenance-planning experience, relevant presentation and husbanding-documentation experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a current or active Secret Security Clearance. The projected compensation range is $68,600 to $114,100, with health insurance and other benefits available.
