The Commercial Façade Field Technician performs onsite commercial façade work, including masonry, tuckpointing, concrete restoration, caulking, waterproofing, and parking garage restoration. The role follows safety procedures, completes project tasks under the foreman’s direction, maintains equipment and materials, supports inventory tracking, and provides customer service. Applicants must have reliable transportation, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical, and the position pays $21–$38 per hour with benefits including health insurance, a 401K match, pension, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education.
