Skillforce is hiring experienced Waterproofing Technicians for a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity in Huntsville, Alabama. The role performs waterproofing, caulking, water intrusion prevention, and roofing-related waterproofing work; seals joints, cracks, and penetrations; and works safely on commercial and federal job sites. The schedule is 60–70 hours per week, typically seven days with some Sundays off, with pay of $20 per hour or more depending on experience. Applicants need prior roofing, caulking, waterproofing, or water intrusion repair experience, a valid Real ID, and must pass a drug screen and federal-level background check.
