Description
The Wave Associate supports Distribution Center operations by allocating orders across delivery, parcel, store, and intercompany channels; releasing orders through a warehouse management system; monitoring workflow, service levels, quality, and productivity; performing inventory cycle counts; maintaining organized work areas; rotating among departments; and completing assigned operational tasks. The role requires problem-solving, analytical ability, attention to detail, computer and clerical skills, communication, teamwork, safety awareness, basic English proficiency, and at least three years of related work experience.
