Description
The Wave Planner coordinates the release and flow of orders throughout a Fulfillment Center, using WMS to balance outbound work and meet Ship-On-Time commitments. The role manages work queues, investigates cancelled pick tickets, ensures cartons reach Shipped status, supports inventory accuracy, identifies training opportunities, and leads continuous-improvement efforts. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and computer skills, independent work, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; the position also involves prolonged standing or walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
