Chartis Federal is hiring a full-time WAVE Technical Systems Manager in Orlando, Florida to administer, maintain, and support the Motorola WAVE platform for mission-critical communications operations. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, interoperability, and operational readiness for Primary/DSR Core support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues across LMR, LTE, and satellite communications, coordinating updates with DHS Cloud Team and TACCOM engineering staff, and supporting testing, deployment, and readiness reviews. The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination, a related bachelor's degree, and at least five years of equivalent experience, and it includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
