Chromalloy is hiring a Wax Assembly Operator to clean, prepare, inspect, and assemble wax patterns, gating, sprues, bleeders, pour cups, ceramic cores, and other mold components for aerospace part manufacturing. The role follows engineering specifications and work instructions, uses assembly tools such as hot irons and water welders, completes production paperwork, and maintains a safe work area. It is a third-shift position from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with a $3.00 shift differential and training that may require additional hours. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required; manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or aerospace experience is preferred. The role requires physical assembly and inspection work, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 40 pounds occasionally, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
