The role follows engineering specifications and work instructions, uses assembly tools such as hot irons and water welders, completes production paperwork, and maintains a safe work area. It is a fifth-shift position running Friday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with a $3.50 shift differential and training that may require temporary schedule changes. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, while manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or aerospace experience is preferred.
