Software Mind is hiring a PostgreSQL Database Administrator to administer, secure, optimise, and maintain enterprise PostgreSQL environments, primarily Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server, in a highly regulated financial services environment. The role covers production support, backup and recovery, performance tuning, replication, security, monitoring, database migration, DevOps automation, incident and change management, and technical leadership. Candidates need at least five years of PostgreSQL administration experience, strong SQL and Linux skills, cloud and infrastructure-as-code experience, and familiarity with Azure networking and security.
