Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time, onsite WBS Coordinator in Wichita Falls, Texas, to develop and maintain work breakdown structures for large-scale electrical construction projects. The role coordinates cost coding, job setup, budget monitoring, forecasting, earned-value tracking, reporting, ERP and project-management system consistency, project closeout, and historical cost analysis. Candidates need a Certified or Licensed Electrician credential, at least four years of relevant construction, cost-accounting, project-coordination, or WBS-management experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to communicate with field and corporate teams.
