Description
DTCC is hiring a Facilities Manager to supervise daily office operations, furniture, fixture, and equipment repairs and maintenance, and outsourced facility staff. The role coordinates cleaning, maintenance, repair vendors, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, reporting, energy and environmental compliance, workplace events, customer service, risk and safety activities, and emergency response. It requires at least two years of related experience, prefers a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and offers a flexible hybrid model of four onsite days and one remote day.
