Røros Municipality is hiring a Department Manager for one of two departments in its institution-based health and care services entity. The role leads daily operations, employees, finances, procedures, internal control, and professional development; collaborates with fellow managers and the municipality’s management forum; and helps develop 24-hour care services. The position requires nursing education with Norwegian authorization, at least three years of nursing and care experience in the last five years, communication and digital skills, and a recent police certificate. A Class B driver’s license and management or personnel-management experience are advantageous but not required.
