Hightower Signature Wealth is hiring an experienced Wealth Advisor in the Philadelphia area to own and manage client relationships introduced through custodial referral programs. The role develops customized financial plans covering tax planning, investment strategy, estate considerations, retirement planning, and risk management; leads client reviews; partners with investment, tax, and legal resources; and focuses on long-term retention and client satisfaction. Candidates need at least five years of licensed financial-services experience, Series 65 or 66 licenses, a bachelor's degree, and one of several specified credentials. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 annually plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits.
