Description
The Wealth Growth Program Manager will manage and coordinate the Wealth Group Executive recruiting pipeline, supporting Regional Directors and Wealth Group Executives across Citigold and Citigold Private Client. The role develops recruiting strategies, analyzes funnel performance, resolves process defects, manages stakeholder and program risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and coaches and trains advisor talent. It requires 15+ years of experience, advanced analytical and communication skills, and specified US FINRA registrations, with a primary location in San Francisco and a salary range of $170,000 to $300,000.
