Equitable Advisors is recruiting Wealth Managers to build and nurture client relationships, develop personalized financial strategies, recommend financial products and services, and track portfolio progress. The role requires in-office presence, a bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience, and state Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing. FINRA sponsorship and a 120-day hands-on training program are provided, with biweekly stable pay of $35,500 annually for the first 24 months and eligibility for commissions, bonuses, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
