FAIRWINDS Credit Union is hiring a Wealth Operations Manager to lead and develop the operational support team serving its Wealth Management business. The role coordinates staffing and workloads, monitors service levels, supports hiring and performance management, resolves escalations, prepares operational reports, and collaborates with advisors, vendors, custodians, and other business partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience leading financial-services or wealth-management operations teams, and coaching and workflow-management experience; a FINRA Series 7 license is preferred or obtainable within six months.
