The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in wealth management, deposit mobilization, investment banking, or high-value client relationship management, and strong leadership, negotiation, networking, and compliance skills. The position offers an annual salary of ₦6,000,000.00 to ₦12,000,000.00 plus performance-based incentives.
