Description
The Wealth Management Performance Enablement Coach will diagnose performance and capability gaps for new advisors and Private Client Relationship Managers in the Tri State Metro market, deliver 1:1 coaching and development programs, facilitate workshops and line-of-business education, enable field leaders, and track adoption and business impact. The role requires at least five years of Wealth Management experience, including advisor or PCRM coaching, along with a bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. It is a 40-hour, Monday-through-Friday office role that may become hybrid after full training, with a stated annual salary of $142,000 to $180,000 plus potential incentive earnings.
