MBDA is hiring a Weapon System Equipment Engineer for a two-year graduate programme starting in September 2027. The role covers equipment and sub-system requirements, technical management of development, production and delivery, hardware trials, technical standards, and coordination with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. Applicants must have a degree in a relevant engineering or science subject to at least a 2:2, and the programme requires a British citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship, BPSS security checks, and a hybrid working arrangement of two to three on-site days per week. The salary is £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus, with additional company bonus, pension, leave, and healthcare benefits.
