Action Inc. is hiring a full-time Weatherization Foreman to lead and train weatherization crews, coordinate work with staff and contractors, inspect completed projects, provide technical training, manage materials, and handle purchasing, scheduling, and project records. The role requires experience in weatherization, construction, carpentry, energy conservation, or a related skilled trade, crew leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain an Energy Auditor certification within 24 months.
