IPG is hiring a Weaver to operate and maintain up to 20 weaving looms in a fast-paced production environment. The role involves fixing tape breaks, replacing empty tape packages, inspecting fabric for defects, performing housekeeping, and supporting team tasks. No prior weaving experience is required, but the position is entry-level friendly and requires comfort around machines, problem-solving, and physical activity. The full-time permanent position offers a starting wage of $20 per hour, weekly pay, shift premiums, full PPE, an on-site cafeteria, extended health and dental benefits, and a pension plan, with 12-hour day or night shifts rotating between day and night.
