The Weaver sets up and operates broad or shuttle looms to manufacture fabrics and woven products for medical and industrial clients. The role includes drawing in warp yarn, installing lease rods and tying knots, completing documentation, identifying and correcting defects, recording measurements, making quality adjustments, and logging machine downtime. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of related experience, basic mathematical and computer skills, and the ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
