Description
The Weaver/Textile Operator sets up and operates broad or shuttle looms to manufacture fabrics and woven products for medical and industrial clients. The role includes drawing in warp yarn, installing lease rods, knotting warp, documenting work, correcting defects, recording measurements and machine downtime, and making quality adjustments. It is a 3rd-shift position with four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with training on the first day for three months. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of related experience are required, along with manufacturing, computer, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills; familiarity with an ERP system is preferred.
